The following are all photos and videos taken from public posts showing the work that Scott Garner has done to these vehicles.
Some victims names have been hidden to protect their privacy.
Pink Bits is a HQ Monaro that was restored by Scott Garner. The vehicle was returned in terrible condition. wrapped in a torn piece of plastic, filled with leaves and water, Scott Garner stored this car outside under a tree. The paint finish was rather ordinary and the owner of this car was forced to completely strip the car and start the restoration again. See the pictures below to see the quality of Scott Garner's repairs.
Since these pictures were taken, Pink Bits has been fully restored by someone else, and when Pink Bits is seen at car shows now it proudly displays a sign that reads "No Thanks, Garner Restorations"
This is one of the most well known "Garner Specials". The owner of which had to go through a large legal battle against Scott Garner to get the car back after he poorly repaired it. Many people abused the owner of this car on Facebook while the legal battle was ongoing.
The result of all of the abuse was that the owner released the Assessors Report on this vehicle publicly on Facebook. Many people were surprised as to the extent of the damage caused by Scott Garner. Below are photos that I have extracted from the released report.
Don't just look at the handful of photos, Read the full report here
Scott Garner's son, Matthew Garner, has been a useful source of inside information lately as he has been posting public videos on his YouTube channel "Garner Films" revealing some behind the scenes workings of Scott Garner's Restoration Business.
The following pictures are from a video titled "An attempted restoration"
There's not much good that can be said about this vehicle. Bad welds, rust seeping through the paint, engine sitting on a lean to fit under the brake booster. Engine paint bubbling & rippling, Wires hanging down from under the dashboard, blue paint over-spray on the exhaust, He's even trying to sell it with "Full Engineers Paper will be supplied for reg." in the ebay description.
Opinion: This car will not pass any engineers inspection in this condition.
Opinion: It's an appalling modification.
See the below pictures for yourself.
I don't have much on this other than this one screenshot that was sent to me by somebody that Scott Garner was attempting to sell this Holden Torana to.
Take a close look at the over-spray on the fuel tank.
Opinion: Scott Garner is nothing more than a backyarder, with no training, qualifications or ability to properly repair vehicles.
The following photos are examples of his backyarding taken from Google Maps.
Take note of the satellite picture, you can clearly see he stores customers vehicles both outside in the weather and under trees.
